Here to help bring your software ideas to life.

A custom software solution keeps your internal and end user’s needs at the forefront of every decision. They’re designed with your organization in mind and how your team functions on a daily basis. Off the shelf solutions cater to some of your needs but not all as they are generic and made for multiple uses in various industries.

Agile is an iterative approach to solution development that helps us deliver value to you faster and more efficiently. Instead of betting everything on a “big bang” launch, an agile team delivers work in small, but meaningful increments. Requirements, plans, and results are evaluated continuously so there is less wasted effort and allows us to change quickly as your vision develops and matures.

We are so proud to have had ZERO failed projects, meaning all of our clients have experienced 100% satisfaction. However, we are most proud of the overall life changing impact of these projects. Through partnering with our clients we were able to help change the lives of hundreds of thousands of children and families of children with diabetes and other diseases.

Feel free to browse through our case studies in our blog to learn more about the amazing softwares and devices we’ve developed for our clients to improve healthcare in their spaces.

illumisoft was started in 2013 and is headquartered in Kansas City, MO. As a combined team we have over five decades of experience specializing in healthcare technology, software and project management.

We believe our work is not complete until we see that you are set up for success, and that means making sure your entire team feels supported. Our team will be there every step of the way, to walk you and your team through everything you need to know.

We like to keep our process as simple as possible. We get to know your business, then we execute an NDA (nondisclosure agreement) and get to know your project and ideas a bit more. Once we are all on the same page, we execute a Master Services Agreement and create a SOW (statement of work) outlining the work that you want us to do. Once you give us the green light on the scope, we get started creating your solution!

Yes. We have years of experience maintaining, enhancing, and updating solutions as required by changes in the software ecosystem. We provide yearly support agreements tailored to meet your needs and expectations. We also offer unused support effort to be utilized for minor enhancements and tweaks.

Our team takes pride in being able to deliver solutions quickly. However, timelines always depend on the type of project. We do our best to cater to the timeframe you need while setting expectations of how long we think it will take so that we are all on the same page. We keep you in the loop every step of the way so you know exactly when to expect updates, changes, and deliverables.

We typically bill at an hourly rate, but in some cases we are happy to discuss a flat fee billing option if it makes sense for the project.
