Situation
illumisoft manages the integration of wayfinding software to assist hospital visitors in navigating the complex hospital buildings and administers an informative mobile app providing access to important medical information and helpful resources.
Challenges
The client, Children’s Mercy Hospital was initially able to develop the app with another vendor. However, as the client continued to update information within the app, it became evident that the framework in which the app was written needed vital updates.
